• Campers/RVs must be 2012 or newer and remain “road ready” at all times.

• Guests of reservations holders/renters are subject to the same rules and policies as the reservation holder/renter.

• Sub-leasing is prohibited.

• Do not block the entry/exits.

• Do not park on the open grassy area north of the RV sites at RV Patch 1. This area is reserved for recreational activities of renters from all RV Patch locations.

• Parking on the street is prohibited. Violators will be towed.

• Campfires at individual campsites are strictly prohibited. Campers have access to the community bonfire on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • The community firepit is for firewood only; no cans, bottles, glass, or garbage is to be burned in the firepit.

  • Campfires must be fully extinguished by 12 midnight.

• Picnic tables are available to all reservation holders/renters. Charcoal grills may be utilized at individual rental sites but must be attended at all times.

• Campers may fly a US, State, Military, or professional sports (example football) flag.

• Garbage – it is the responsibility of the reservation holder/renter to deposit all garbage within the waste receptacle provided by The RV Patch.

  • Please break down boxes.

  • Place all garbage in a plastic garbage bag and tie securely before depositing within the waste receptacle.

  • Personal garbage from outside the campground is strictly prohibited.

• Drones/radio-controlled flying objects strictly prohibited.

• Parents are not allowed to leave children under age 13 at The RV Patch without adult supervision (adult must be at least 18 years old).

• Sites must remain clean and clutter free.

  • All personal property must be secured inside of camper/RV or in storage shed, if approved by management.

  • No non-operational vehicles are allowed to be parked/stored on property.

  • Lawn furniture is fine, but a living room couch/recliner is not lawn furniture.

  • All trash must be deposited in waste receptacle provided.

  • All pet droppings must be picked up daily.

• Renter must be properly supplied with RV winterization equipment in order to rent a site during predominantly cold months (November-February). See "Winterization Protocols" from the menu page for additional details.​

• ​Renter must provide The RV Patch with valid and current contact information to receive park updates and safety notices. 

• Out of respect to our wonderful neighbors, “Quiet Time” begins at 9 p.m. weekdays and 11 p.m. on weekends. We simply request that music and voices be lowered. Noisy renters and/or guests who violate “Quiet Time”, enough that the neighbors complain, will be asked to leave without refund.

• The RV Patch/Owners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property (see Hold Harmless policy below for additional details)

All renters, except daily renters, must provide The RV Patch with current proof of insurance of their camper/RV, which must be in their name, as well as a copy of their valid driver's license.
